Virtual Events Executive

We have an amazing new role with a global scientific comms and publishing company looking to hire a Virtual Event Executive to join their team in their lovely Bath office. Working closely with the Marketing team and the external technology providers, this person will plan and oversee the delivery of engaging webinars and high quality virtual events for a range of international clients.

Key accountabilities:

• Oversee a calendar of webinars and virtual event projects from initial concept through to delivery
• Collaborating with colleagues from Marketing and Editorial to ensure events are successfully created and promoted
• Managing the webinar schedule
• Aiming to increase engagement and interactivity with webinars, through online chat functions, Q&A, surveys and other audience interaction tools

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in events (ideally virtual events), and who can be passionate about delivering successful events on behalf of customers. This role will give you the opportunity to create high quality engaging events and help advance important scientific communication.
