Head of Brand Partnerships

A world-leading event production and talent agency is looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships to amplify their rapid growth in the corporate space. 

In this role you will be brokering deals between brands and talent or events, with both existing corporate clients and new prospects, across areas such as advertising campaigns, event activations, social media, broadcast days, sponsorship deals or VIP packages. As a relationship builder you will be equipped with a solid contact book of corporate contacts. Utilising social media demographics, corporate marketing KPIs and event sponsorship you have demonstrable experience of selling into these spaces.

Your approach will continue to position the agency as a trusted and non-exclusive talent services partner and consultant for corporations to grow revenue. Leveraging from the agency's burgeoning speaker bureau business as well as B2B event production you will create opportunities for cross-selling and network building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a pipeline of prospects with brands directly and agency teams
  • Managing the execution of business development and commercial brand partnerships
  • Alongside the Director, lead the development of the agency’s brand partnership and talent service offering
  • Drive the creation of assets for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor budget and reports, with predicted growth insights
