Marketing Manager

A world-leading event production and talent agency is looking for a Marketing Manager with a data-driven approach to deliver creative and impactful campaigns!

In this role you will manage the creation, implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns across the programme of live tours and online events. From the announcement and on-sale of new events, through to post show communication and reports, you will collaborate with internal teams and venue marketing teams to maximise UK ticket sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • To devise, implement and monitor plans for marketing campaigns across national tours and one-night events
  • Liaise with venues and partners across the UK to plan launch and marketing of shows
  • Balance in-house spend and paid activity with venues to maximise ticket sales
  • Build weekly newsletters, targeted e-shots and post-show emails
  • Research target audiences to identify demographics
  • Regularly monitor ticket sales and booking links
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to optimise exposure

Skills and experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in live events and promotions
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp and CRM systems
  • Strong copywriting skills and agile communicator
  • Experience using sales and customer data tools (Google Analytics and Activity Stream)
