A leading UK based Global Publisher is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their first digital imprint! This is a truly unique (and rare opportunity) to join an imprint in its early stages, helping to shape growth and strategy.
You will have full responsibility and ownership of your campaigns including strategy, budgeting and planning, implementation, and optimisation. You will help build audiences and consumer marketing channels globally whilst implementing programmatic marketing solutions to help drive long term sales and revenues for their books.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute clear, effective and creative marketing campaigns, to drive sales and revenue for our client’s book and audiobook releases
- Set KPIs, monitor ROI, and provide ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to inform marketing and publishing decisions
- Be the primary POC for authors and allocated campaigns
- Deliver year-round marketing strategies to build authors' readership, leveraging advertising, price promotions and subscription channels
- Actively contribute to the strategy and growth of direct-to-consumer marketing channels
- Work closely with the publishing team, actively participating in acquisition, positioning, and packaging discussions to align publishing and marketing decisions with our clients books' target audience
- Work closely with the sales and editorial teams to identify promotional opportunities across front and backlists.
Qualifications and Experience
- Solid track record of delivering successful consumer digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue
- Experienced in growing and engaging audiences across social platforms including Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
- Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting on KPIs and measuring ROI
- Proven ability to use data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication skills, and an ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to take a creative and imaginative approach to engaging consumers, with a proven ability to execute campaigns to the highest standards
- First class content creation skills, including design, copywriting and video creation
