Senior Foreign Rights Executive and Sales & Foreign Rights Manager

We are looking for a Senior Foreign Rights Executive and a Sales & Foreign Rights Manager to join a curious, collaborative and supportive foreign rights team. As part of a leading global children’s publisher your primary focus is to sell co-editions and rights around the world, facilitating on-going and new orders. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide and exciting range of books, fiction and nonfiction, literary and commercial, novelty and YA - spanning the entire catalogue.

You are someone with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience establishing and maintaining customer relationships, while securing the best possible deals. With an acutely commercial mindset you are able to manage all aspects of the sales process, whether that’s pitching, presenting or negotiating. As a confident communicator you are able to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior management, to deliver on sales targets.

Based on the needs of the team and company, travel to book fairs and customer visits may be required.
