Salary and Benefits The salary for this opportunity is c.£46,000, depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.
Skills Significant experience of creating multi-channel personalisation strategies, frameworks and use cases; Strong understanding of marketing technology infrastructure and customer data structures; A strong understanding of digital marketing channels; Strong analytical skills which you’ll apply to develop our personalisation strategy; Experience using personalisation tools such as Adobe Target, or equivalent personalisation platforms; Comfortable prioritising competing tasks and appropriately managing multiple stakeholders across our Brand division and wider publishing community; Relevant experience in project management with the ability to coordinate and manage cross-channel campaigns; An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript would be advantageous; Highly collaborative with extensive interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally; Works effectively and inclusively with a range of people, both within and outside of the organisation; Demonstrates determination, resourcefulness and purpose to deliver; A growth mindset.
