Skills	The ideal candidate will have several years of publishing experience in Rights, either within a publishing house or at a literary agency, and will thrive working within a busy team to secure excellent rights deals for Faber’s books and authors. You should have a good knowledge of both UK and international publishing markets and trends, in both adult and children’s literature. You will be highly skilled at judging the financial value of new books at the point of acquisition, and enjoy the strategic team work involved in negotiating deals and selling rights successfully.
